1. Identify the installation folder * By default, TrioFox is installed under C:\Program Files (x86)\TrioFox 2. Backup the installation folder somewhere else. For example, start Command Prompt as admin and run the command here. xcopy "C:\Program Files (x86)\TrioFox "C:\Backup\TrioFox.7528" /e /i It will backup the TrioFox installation folder to folder "C:\Backup\TrioFox.528" 3. Stop Gladinet Cloud Monitoring Service. Verify GladinetCloudMonitor.exe process doesn't show in Windows Task Manager. 4. Download and unzip the upgrade package. Copy the files in the package to the installation folder, identified in step 1. Here is one example: Assume you uncompress the upgrade package to C:\temp\upgrade7538\build. And the TrioFox installation folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\TrioFox > Start Command Prompt as Administrator. > iisreset /stop > xcopy c:\temp\upgrade7538\build " C:\Program Files (x86)\TrioFox" /e > iisreset /start 5. Restart Gladinet Cloud Monitoring Service 6. If you have modified any files in the installation for customization, please copy the files back, from the backup folder. Before the copy, compare the two files, in case there are some new changes which you might overwrite. 8. Visit the login from web portal. The login window should show the new build number. 9. Verify web portal works. 10. If you are using windows/Mac client/Server agent, you can publish the new client from Control Panel, Client Version Manager, to auto upgrade them.
